Github Ages Extension Review
Github Ages is a Chrome extension designed to enhance the efficiency of browsing Github repositories by providing users with quick insights into the recency of updates. By scanning the visible list of Github repos, this tool indicates which repositories have been recently updated.
When browsing a webpage with numerous Github repositories, it can be time-consuming to check the update status of each one individually. With Github Ages, users can simply click a button to check the last commit date of all repositories currently in view. The extension then color-codes the links, marking them as green (updated within the last 6 months), yellow (updates between 6 to 18 months ago), or red (not updated for over 18 months).
